Terms & Conditions:-
• The financial Year is from April 1 to March 31 of every Year.
• All the documents should be done immediately after the
registration in the provided form by Samriddhi Kisan Yojana.
• All the application complete to the required should be done 5-7 working Days.
• The validity of Partner registration will expire on 31st March of the financial year. The Partner shall renew the registration every year in the given form by Samriddhi Kisan Yojana.
All the fee should be paid in the form of Cash / Cheque
/Demand Draft, in favour of Samriddh Gramin Yojna.

If any change in name or address of Partner, it should be informed to Samriddhi Kisan Yojana and inspection to be done. • The Partner shall not allowed to conduct any other work which are not approved by Samriddhi Kisan Yojana.
• The Partner should strictly follow the guidelines provided by Samriddhi Kisan Yojana with proper Time-table Schedule. The Samriddhi Kisan Yojana should be an unique partner/ Samriddhi Kisan Yojana Care Center (SKYCC) not sharing the Building/Tools/Infrastructure/Staffs with any other
Organizations.
• The fees paid to Samriddhi Kisan Yojana shall not be refunded at any cost.
• The Partner shall take prior approval for any mode of display or advertisements.

The Partner shall not provide any type of wrong information to the Farmers or Partner/ Samriddhi Kisan Yojana Care Center (SKYCC) or public. Any false or wrong information given to public will lead to the cancellation of recognition at any time without prior notice. Samriddhi Kisan Yojana is not responsible for the legal activities for the same.
• Under no circumstances can a case on the Samriddhi Kisan Yojana in court anywhere by any partners/farmers.
